Happy New Year from your new Nine-Hole Director!
We've come a long way, haven't we?
I want to welcome all of you to the 2008 PWGA Work Shops and encourage all of you to attend your Area workshop. I will be there to meet all of you and give you valuable information about our Nine-Hole clubs and the coming year in general. There will be loads of golf information we all can use. The PWGA Handbooks will be handed out and you'll get to know the other clubs in your area. I also encourage you to bring ladies not in PWGA but maybe want to find out about the organization whether it be for Nine- or XVIII-hole players. The PWGA Area Directors have sent out their flyers for the workshops but if you haven't received one contact me via email and I will have one sent to you. These workshops are Mondays and Tuesdays in Feb. and start next Monday in Fresno and go through to the Sacramento workshop on Feb. 26th. I truly look forward to meeting as many of you as I can.
I also suggest you come back to the PWGA web site often. I will be providing information and insight for all of you. Let me know if you have questions and I will try to include Q&A in this forum so we can all benefit from the knowledge gained.
Again, welcome and I look forward to a meeting all of you, maybe playing some golf with your group and just having a fantastic year!
